Movie night

I'm wearing a t-shirt from New Look, a skirt by Untold, heels from a small local shop, a ring by Tarina Tarantino and various vintage necklaces held together with a vintage brooch.

I'm not really one for waiting for special occasions to wear something I like. This skirt was sold as a "prom" skirt if I remember correctly, and I can definitely see it as part of a more formal ensemble, but I wanted to try and find a way to wear this for something a little more casual like, say, a night spend on the couch watching movies. So I paired it with a white t-shirt, added some vintage necklaces to give the whole thing a bit of an edgier vibe and left my hair in a simple ponytail.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend, and thank you for visiting! ♥

  1. I love the vibrant pink and how you made the skirt work perfectly in a casual outfit. Also, the idea with the brooch holding the necklaces together is great, I have to try it sometime. <3

  2. Gorgeous skirt- I love the bold colour and it looks great on you! I would totally wear it on a normal day, too.

The heels are beautiful, and I love the ring! :)

  3. You look fab! Good job at dressing it down, I have a bridesmaids dress from my friends wedding last year which is very similar to that skirt, not sure when I'll wear it again xxx
